Q1.
Do you have properties other than the ones shown?
A. Yes, as we are dealing with both new and re-sale properties,
we have a large portfolio of properties that changes on a daily
basis.

Q2.
If I take an inspection trip, how long do they last for?
A1. To visit Torrevieja either a Tuesday to Saturday (5 days),
or Saturday to Tuesday (4 days)
A2. To visit Almeria either Thursday to Sunday (4 days) or Sunday
to Thursday (5 days)

Q3.
Will I be given enough time to see the properties? Will I be
taken around in a coach?
A. You will have plenty of time to view the properties. We will
only show you properties within your specified price range and
suited to your criteria. We believe in giving our clients personal
attention. Therefore clients are taken around either on a one
to one basis or within a small group.

Q4.
The staff that you have in Spain, do they speak English?
A. Yes all of our staff speak English and are resident in Spain,
hence they have a wealth of knowledge not just about the properties
we sell, but also about the area, and life in Spain in general.

Q5.
What things do I need to take with me on an inspection trip?
Clothes, money, etc.
A. Dress on the inspection trip is casual, but we do go to some
nice restaurants in the evening, which is an excuse to dress
up. Please remember that during the day you will be walking
around many different properties and building sites so plenty
of stamina and comfortable shoes are a must! You will need money
for duty free, and sundry items, but the cost of most meals
and transportation in Spain is included in the cost of your
trip. Dont forget to take a bankers draft for £2000,
because if you do see a property you would like to reserve this
will be required as a deposit.

Q6.
My partner is unable to go at the same time as me, can I still
go?
A. Buying a property is a big consideration and we generally
ask that both partners are able to travel.

Q7.
I find it difficult to get around, how will I be able to manage?
A. Our staff in Spain will of course be pleased to help you
wherever possible, but please bear in mind that the properties
you will see are at different stages of construction, and you
will have to navigate steps and may be walking around building
sites.

Q8.
Can we bring our children with us?
A. Sorry but no, it is company policy that inspection trips
are strictly for adults.

Q9.
Where can I find out more information about the area?
A. Please click here for information

Q10.
If we find a property that we like, what is the procedure from
then?
A. A deposit in the sum of £2,000 will be required. For
this purpose we ask that you take a bankers draft with you on
the inspection trip. If you do not find your ideal property
you can simply pay the draft back into your bank account upon
your return home.

Q11.
If the property is not quite to our liking, is it possible to
change it around?
A. Generally speaking the builders are accommodating and will
if possible make any changes that are requested. Major alterations
are of course only possible with individual villas, and some
of the apartments and town houses are built as standard.

Q12.
Will I be shown around the area to see the towns, shops, medical
centres, golf courses etc?
A. Yes, we send all our clients a questionnaire prior to them
joining us on an inspection trip, which is faxed to our office
in Torrevieja. Our staff will prepare an itinerary suited to
your requirements. You will see much of the area and what is
has to offer whilst on your inspection trip.
